Canopy is LendingTree's B2B partner platform, the tool partners use to manage their accounts, campaigns, pricing, capacity, and lead settings. The original platform had grown organically over time and it showed. Partners were trying to manage their accounts in an experience that was not designed around how they actually worked.

The redesign was grounded in a jobs to be done framework, starting with the real tasks partners needed to accomplish and building the experience around those rather than around internal data structures or legacy conventions. I served as lead designer on the project, working directly with UX, sales, and project management to make sure the product we were designing solved genuine partner pain points and held up to the realities of how the platform was used in practice.

The result was a clean, data forward interface that gives partners immediate visibility into the metrics that matter most.
